Overview
We
provide a variety of video services for specific needs. Past projects
have included concerts, recitals, liturgical celebrations, ballet,
plays, classroom video for student self-evaluation, lectures, and
holiday pageants. We also assist clients with transferring their home
movies from mini-DV, VHS and VHS-C tapes to DVD as well as editing
footage they have shot but not had time to transfer to DVD themselves.
Our
average turn around is roughly 8-10 weeks; however, extra time is
needed when we have a number of complex projects or an extremely busy
recording period.
As an added service we have a sound technician
who can assist you with achieving an optimum sound that allows those
present to enjoy their time with you and so any recordings require
minimal editing. To achieve this the technician attends technical dress
rehearsals or regular dress rehearsals to determine the base settings
that will allow for the adjustments needed when an audience is present.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently revising our brochures. Our general brochure and those listed for On-Stage Recordings, Recitals/Auditions, Community Events, General Worship Celebrations, and Private Liturgies have now been updated.
For clients needing audio recording services, we have cooperative arrangements with RonArt Associates Recordings.
Video Production
Our
primary service is recording and producing your program, meeting or
event to DVD. Secondary to that, we can also assist with converting recordings of events you have on mini-DV, VHS or VHS-C tapes to DVD. Because
these services are tailored to your needs we have a
pricing structure that allows us the flexibility to
work with your budget. Specific brochures are now
available for various types of projects: On-Stage,
Recitals/Auditions, Liturgies (Private Celebrations,
Weddings, Funerals) and Community Events. These brochures are updated periodically.A
special brochure for military sponsored community
events will be available soon.
We are developing information about video
for select indoor sports we can cover safely and
instructional videos. For instructional videos and
indoor sports we ask that you contact us for more
information.
Audio Connections
Sound Technician: These services are billed on an hourly basis with the final fee determined by your specific needs, including but not limited to rehearsals and performances. The technician will set an appointment to meet with you to discuss the specifics of your program and estimate the final fee for the services you need.
Audio Recording Services: As with video services, RonArt Associates tailors the recording services to your needs providing the flexibility to work with your budget.
