SCHEDULING RECORDINGS AND OTHER SERVICES

REMINDER! As the end of the school year approaches, particularly after the Spring Break period, both La Cherche and RonArt Associates will begin to have very full schedules. The sooner you request a date for recording services the better able we are to meet your needs.

We appreciate 3 weeks notice for video events when possible.

At La Cherche we can be more flexible in scheduling projects for desktop publishing, but please consider your deadline requirements, especially close to major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do need an initial meeting with you to plan the project, as well as at least one status meeting prior to final delivery.

We are planning to develop forms that can be downloaded and completed in Word, then returned to us via e-mail or regular mail that allow you to outline recording or desktop publishing needs.
